going that far you might as well do the full 120k service. Surely you wouldn't reuse the timing belt, right? Do the full service.
While the plenum is off:
Ditch the TB coolant lines
If you have the time/tools, remove the extra casting material near the center of the plenum so you can easily service a faulty injector later without removing the plenum (this also means replacing the cheesey stock injector cap phillips-head screws with socket-head cap screws).
Since you're already changing the EFI harness and injectors:
Wait and do this all at once (turbos and injectors)
Get a 95 harness and later style injectors (615's or even 740's) instead of the early less-reliable 555's. You're already buying the most expensive parts. You'll need the later fuel rail and $120 to have the lower manifold machined. "Now's the time to do it".
